KAIZEN L-CARNITINE is an amino acid, and is an essential component
of the enzyme system needed to transport fatty acids. Once inside the
mitochondria, fatty acids are oxidized in the production of cellular energy
(ATP). KAIZEN L-CARNITINE is necessary for proper fat metabolism
and energy production, especially during protracted periods of aerobic
exercise. It is put into liquid form for better absorption.
There is also 20 mg of Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) in this product.
Pantothenic Acid is a precursor to the formation of Coenzyme A, an important
carrier of fatty acids from the outer to the inner membrane of the mitochondria.
